Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alex embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Aldous studied abroad. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
