Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is white and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Gifted from a young age, Norman studied abroad. His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Bather.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Standing 5'3", this man wears a yellow collared shirt and grey pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His golden hair is braided into rings. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: An older man who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is red and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Raymond hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Raymond began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Raymond was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
