History: He was born in the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
