He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
