Roland Thorpe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.
Flaws: Antagonistic, Fearful. Bonds: Adventurer, Mentor, Military. Occupation: Locksmith
Voice: Speaks in third person

Bertram Bristol, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
