Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Frederick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Frederick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Thomas was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the east. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scythe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a Locksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. After coming to the age of reason, Ernest took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Architect.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
