Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a longsword on his belt. His hair is brown and curly. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and many giants want him driven away

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants to open a new tavern
