History: He comes from a rich northern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
