He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. William was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
