However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Baker who has hired him part-time. Nicholas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
