History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
