Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raymond lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Lewis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this eastern man tends to wear a large black jacket. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Hugh speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to unite with his sister

Description: This slender man stands about 6'5". He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Human compassion.
