He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Manfred was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.
