Description: A middle-aged man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Lance liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Shipwright and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Henry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
