History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. Jocelyn was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Butcher. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
