History: Born in the east to a Beggar, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after William was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. William's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
