Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a black tunic with brown highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the south to a Hunter, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
