Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: He wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Robert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears baggy green pantaloons and a brown scarf, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Everard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
