Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. A true patriot, Jocelyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
