Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Randal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town.
