History: Reynard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Performer, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Geoffrey was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.
