Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Simon was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shoemaker. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
