His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his white hair up. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Roger wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
