Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Kody was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Thomas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Server and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to be a blacksmith again

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cook and was forced into it by his family; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
