Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Percival's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
