Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Randal was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
