Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Seamstress, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he has a crush on the local seamstress

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He uses divination through singing.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Born to a Roofer, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He uses divination through singing.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is dressed in earthy colors with a green and black handkerchief worn on his right side. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to prove his worth to the world
