Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, grey shirt, and brown tie. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Gifted from a young age, Frederick studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Healer and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A 5'6" southern man, he wears a grey costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Description: He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.
