History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He worked as a nervous Locksmith and found it very stressful. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Interpreter responsibilities is difficult; and he seems to be bored by most things
