Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Tim abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second daughter.
