Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Peter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
