History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He tends to his Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Human compassion; and balancing his hectic life and new masseuse responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Odo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Map Maker.
