Through the years after Solomon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Solomon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Stableman like his father before him.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job
