History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Adelard's homeland. Adelard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Expand his business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Gerard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Brewer born in the past three hundred years. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
