History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Mason, but he was a colossal failure. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and sabotage a competitor
