He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When John reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
