Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, blue shirt, and brown tie. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and he perpetually has his sai ready. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears silk and lounges about seductively. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he prefers to wear flannel. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: He was born in the west. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Lewis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Lewis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow
