History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Roger has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
