Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Aldous's homeland. Aldous decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a very tight haircut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Solomon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Stableman. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Theodoric was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He usually wears his grey robe and has his greatsword always slung over his shoulder, marred by beers. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Tanner. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in a small island village. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has worked as a Tanner like his father before him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Gifted from a young age, William studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to unite with his sister
