Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Theobald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A true patriot, Theobald would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir.
