History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Don learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: John lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. William was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down
