Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
