History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Dean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dean was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
