He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and an old rival family wants him found

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to be a hunter again
