Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Henry wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Henry never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Godfrey was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
