History: Born in the east to a Tailor, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his scimitar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. William liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
