History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Raymond's homeland. Raymond decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Cartwright, and he perpetually has his morningstar ready. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to protect his home

Description: This man wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his falchion, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raymond was born the youngest of three triplets. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
