Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears his golden hair up. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This man wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He wears his white hair up. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a green shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Geoffrey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
