History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Marshal soon after.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Ruler who has hired him part-time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Theobald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Engraver business.

History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Gilbert and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Tim liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
