History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born in the north. Nicholas was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
